ABC proudly supporting The Alfred Fathers' Day Appeal

The Alfred hospital in Melbourne is home to Australia's largest and busiest trauma centre and as such, many of its patients are men.

For more than a decade, The Alfred has been working to raise awareness and support for men's health through a wide range of activities, media stories and publications such as The Underbelly of Men’s Health.

As part of the Hospital’s commitment to improving men’s health, The Alfred has produced a special booklet about the problems ‘below the belt’.

The booklet, written with the assistance of Alfred specialists, includes essential and easy-to-digest health information about topics including stomach ulcers; liver stomach, bowel, oesophageal and prostate cancers; fatty liver disease and much more.

Australian Brush Company has a long and proud history of supporting this important Appeal, with all money raised used to purchase life-saving equipment for the hospital.
